A 50% deposit, charged after receipt and signing of the rental contract by Stella-Galerie.
Balance due 40 days before arrival.
Payment method for both transfers: Bank transfer.
For additional services during your stay, payment will be made in cash on-site (e.g., groceries, massages, etc.).
Rental
The organization of events in the house is prohibited without the agreement of STELLA-GALLERY.
In-house staff prepares your meals.
The supervision of children is under the responsibility of the parents.
Swimming pool not fenced and unsupervised.

A deposit will be payable in the form of a check (it will not be debited) or cash worth the amount of 2000€ at the entrance of the rental.
Cancellation
Any request for cancellation and modification must be made by email
The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation
Cancellation of the rental less than 40 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due to STELLA GALLERY
No presentation of the tenants on the same day of the rental, 100% of the total rental amount will be due to STELLA GALLERY
