A 50% deposit, charged after receipt and signing of the rental contract.
Balance due 40 days before arrival.
Payment method for both transfers: bank transfer.

Rental
The organization of events in the house is prohibited without the agreement of STELLA-GALLERY.
In-house staff prepares your meals.
The supervision of children is under the responsibility of the parents.

Cancellation
Any request for cancellation and modification must be made by email
The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation

No presentation of the tenants on the same day of the rental, 100% of the total rental amount will be due to STELLA GALLERY
