The estate accommodates up to 20 guests and is composed of two distinct Houses:
- House 1 – with 5 suites for up to 11 guests. It can also be rented on its own for smaller gatherings.
- House 2 – designed for 8 guests.
House 1 is built around a calming patio, the true heart of the home, where the gentle sound of water mingles with the delicate scents of orange blossom and roses. Spacious living areas – garden-facing lounges, billiard room, library with fireplace and XL football table, and a private cinema – strike a perfect balance between conviviality and intimacy. The traditional hammam, generous in size and refinement, is worthy of the finest palace spas, while a clay tennis court and shaded garden corners offer moments of leisure or quiet reflection.
House 2 is a refined haven for guests seeking peace and escape. Four large ensuite bedrooms ensure optimal comfort. The warm, inviting lounge with fireplace, convivial bar, and billiard room set the tone for relaxed living. A large sunlit terrace opens onto majestic views of the Atlas Mountains, providing the perfect setting for yoga, meditation, or simply contemplation.
At Villa Dar BV, service is as discreet as it is attentive, anticipating every need. Dining is a highlight: a varied, generous, and refined cuisine combining fresh produce, traditional Moroccan recipes, and international inspirations.
And at the heart of the estate, a 17-metre square pool with a centrally located jacuzzi, which can be heated, stretches out facing the palm trees and blooming flowerbeds – an open invitation to savour every moment.

The organization of events in the house is prohibited without the agreement of STELLA-GALLERY

Any request for cancellation and modification must be made by email
