The exteriors
The villa is built around a park that will make you travel. Stroll through the different atmospheres of this large garden. Spend a convivial moment with your family or friends during a game of pétanque and fly to India with its Indian kiosk, to relax under the palm trees. You will also end up succumbing to the charm of the African tent which will seduce you with its exoticism. You can also enjoy a stroll along the fountain pools and relax by the pool.
Interiors
The interiors of this villa reflect the exterior: an invitation to travel. The decoration is a clever mix of Indian, African, and Oriental inspiration, which will give you the impression of a complete change of scenery. The entrance opens onto a green patio leading to a large, equipped kitchen with linen room and a staff area, a first TV lounge, the dining room and a second lounge with an office area offering a view of the ponds. The first three bedrooms are on the ground floor, the others are on the first floor. On the first floor there is also a small “bouh” style lounge.

Each room offers its own theme, combining good taste, refinement and simplicity, all with private bathrooms and toilets. The first 3 rooms are on the ground floor and the other 3 are on the first floor.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking
Down payment after receipt, and signing of rental agreement by STELLA-GALLERY: 50% of the total cost of the rent.
2nd deposit of 50% of the total cost, 40 days before arrival.
Method of payment for the down payments: bank transfer.
For extra services during your stay, the payment method will be cash on site (shopping, massages etc.)
Rental
It is forbidden to smoke inside the house.
The organization of events in this property is prohibited without the prior agreement of Stella-Gallery.
The house must be returned in the state of check in. Otherwise, a supplement may be charged to the customer.
Children are welcome.
Parents must supervise their children at all times if using the swimming pool, hammam.

A deposit is required by the owner in the amount of: 2000.00 EUR.

Cancellation
Any request for cancellation and modification must be made by email and the hourly reference will be that of the rental location.
The booking deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
Cancellation of the rental less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due to STELLA-GALLERY.
No show of the tenants the same day of the hiring, 100% of the total amount of the hiring will be due to STELLA-GALLERY.
