Riad D is harmoniously structured around two distinct patios, each offering a unique atmosphere.
The first, generously sized patio captivates with its traditional Moroccan aesthetic, while the second, more contemporary patio hosts two bedrooms and exudes a modern ambiance.
Both spaces are accessible from the living rooms and dining area, ensuring smooth and elegant circulation throughout the riad.
Bedrooms 1 to 5 are located around the traditional patio, while bedrooms 6 and 7 are situated in the contemporary patio.
The traditional patio offers numerous living areas: a bhou (open alcove), a lounge area set within the courtyard, a small swimming pool, a living room with fireplace, a TV lounge, and a large dining room that can accommodate up to sixteen guests.
The contemporary patio houses a wellness area with a massage room and shower as well as a cozy seating area.
The rooftop terrace, a true place for relaxation and socializing, is equipped with a 5 m x 2.6 m pool, eight sun loungers, and a table for fourteen guests.
It also features a barbecue area with a plancha, a small kitchen, and an upper terrace offering breathtaking views of the medina and the Atlas Mountains, equipped with four sun loungers and a shower with hot and cold water.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking
A 50% deposit, charged after receipt and signing of the rental contract by Stella-Galerie.
Balance due 40 days before arrival.
Payment method for both transfers: Bank transfer.
For additional services during your stay, payment will be made in cash on-site (e.g., groceries, massages, etc.).
Rental
The organization of events in the house is prohibited without the agreement of STELLA-GALLERY.
In-house staff prepares your meals.
The supervision of children is under the responsibility of the parents.
Swimming pool not fenced and unsupervised

A security deposit of €1,000 is required, payable by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.
Cancellation
Any request for cancellation and modification must be made by email
The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation
Cancellation of the rental less than 40 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due to STELLA GALLERY
No presentation of the tenants on the same day of the rental, 100% of the total rental amount will be due to STELLA GALLERY
